About one quarter of kids and teens have this type pain. includes problems like frequent headaches, stomachaches, or ongoing joint muscle it often interferes with kids’ sleep, school, activities, friendships. Even though chronic can a big impact on lives, “chronic” does not mean “permanent.” Most recover from However, many are surprised to hear part getting better involves learning group skills based in psychology. These include combination mind-body relaxation techniques strategies breaking the cycles focused thoughts avoidance behaviors. Learning these helps boost feelings comfort, lowers pain, gets back doing things they love!
